Purchase Process

To place an order, the customer must:

Enter the requested measurements (for custom-made garments)
Confirm the order and make payment

Once the order is confirmed, the manufacturing process will begin.

Custom-Made Garments

Given that the products are custom-made:

Each garment is made specifically for each customer
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct measurements
BAYNUI ATELIER may contact the customer if it detects inconsistencies in the measurements

Custom-made garments are not considered standard products.

Prices and Payments

All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

Payment is made securely through the methods available in the store (e.g., card, PayPal, or other providers).

Shipping

Orders are custom-made, so delivery times may vary depending on the product.

Estimated production and shipping times will be indicated on each product's page.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Custom-made garments are exempt from the right of withdrawal, as they are made according to the customer's personalized specifications.

However, in case of an error or manufacturing defect, the customer may contact us for review of the case.
