Shipping policy

All orders at BAYNUI are made to order, individually and especially for each client.

The production time is approximately 2-7 business days, depending on the volume of orders I have at that moment. I always try to keep this timeframe as tight as possible, and if demand increases at any time, I will clearly indicate it on the website so you have an updated estimate before placing your order.

Once the garment is finished, it moves to the shipping process.

Estimated delivery times

These times are approximate and start counting from the moment the order has been shipped. Both in Spain and the rest of the European Union, they will be 2–5 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping costs in Spain are included in all your orders. In the European Union (Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Portugal), it will be included for orders shipped to collection points. If shipped to home, it will cost €9.90 and will be included for orders over €150. They are calculated automatically during the purchase process before finalizing the order.

Important information

Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond BAYNUI's control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or periods of high demand in courier companies.

Although I cannot control these unforeseen events, I will do my best to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible and you can track it at all times.
